Duro Engineer Heading to Port Authority of NY & NJ

Posted by

Congratulations to departing electrical engineer Mohammed Islam, who is heading to the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey to work in power management.

The Port Authority is a massive and critically important entity that controls much of the regional infrastructure New Yorkers and New Jerseyans use every day, including bridges, tunnels, seaports, and our three major airports (JFK, LaGuardia and Newark Airport).

Mohammed was one of the stars of Duro’s electrical department, where he was in charge of testing and research for sensors while he was finishing his degree at City College of New York. We wish him all the best and look forward to him sending us pictures from his new office at One World Trade Center.
